Yesterday's wedding shower was fun. I'm so glad all my girls came out to keep me company.
I'm not used to being the center of attention at a party like that. When they clinked glasses for Chris and I to smooch I turned beet red from embarrassment. I'll have to get over that before the wedding in June. Chris' family is so generous. I can't get over it. We've got enough kitchen, bathroom and bedroom stuff to set us up really comfortably in our new house, whenever that will be. Hopefully soon.

Well, off to work I go. Here's hoping for a breezy work week.

Missey, seeing this picture, i have to say, you think you are a bigger girl than you are. really, you arent even close to heffer status.

I have this picture of what I should look like, that's not too unrealistic, but my body seems to get stuck at this weight and refuses to budge. I know that I'm too hard on myself. I do.
It's hard to stop doing it after listening to myself and other people say mean things for pretty much my whole life. I'm working on it. :(

If it's any consolation, I felt pretty gorgeous in my new blue dress all day at the shower. I have good days too.
