Remember all those fabulous cows that took over Chicago a few years ago? I have many a photo of you guys sitting on, petting, pointing at (and making out with) all kinds of cows. Well, this year good ol' Racine had to get in on the action, only this time the theme is bears. My oh so talented sister and her fellow artist Megan Hunt painted one. They chose a New Orleans theme and called him 'Mardi Grrrrrras' (oh, the puns. how we love the puns). We still don't know where it is being displayed yet, but it's out there somewhere in downtown Racine. Here's some photos for your perusal. My big sister is so freakin cool.

In other news, I am an official seller on Ebay. I decided to sell my extra copy of Wicked that has all the autographs on it. I HAVE A BIDDER!!! wooo! It somehow makes the 6 hours wasted waiting for the Borders people to get their act together, worth it! I promoted my item up for bid on a couple livejournal theater interest groups and got a mean comment from somebody saying 'so nice of you to share your book and make a huge profit'. I had to defend myself so I wrote back 'I waited 6 hours in line for that book. It was not easy to come by. And by researching other auctions, I found other books being sold for 50 bucks with just Gregory Maguire's signature only' (so BITE ME!!!) geez. Liz, you should get a cut for surviving that whole ordeal with me. And shit, if it wasn't for you I wouldn't have gotten everything signed either.

Hey, I'm going to New York in a week from tomorrow! Hot damn!
I need to get me some batteries for my camera before we go. And some toothpaste...
