HA!! JUSTICE!!

heh heh...ahem.

I think I'm finally adjusting to working at Pendragon instead of being on cast at Faire. It's worked out better this way in the long run, since I'm out of town for 2 of the 9 weekends and have left around 4 or 5 PM a couple of times to get down to Chicago for rehearsals and whatnot. There's no way that would fly if I was a BBFer. Sometimes it really sucks, especially when I see craziness happening in the streets that I can't run into the middle of. Or when I'm stuck in the 'hole' all afternoon (the ring display area that is always busy and a pain in the ass). Yesterday was interesting, it seemed I was stuck in the middle of the entire population of Illinois trying to get to Six Flags on Sunday morning. Turned my 45 minute drive into 2 hellish hours. And I was thinking of calling in sick and hanging out with the Chris. Ah well. It's over and done and everything's fine. Not so bad. Could be worse (could be raining!!)
I now have enough cash to play with for my trip to NYC next week, so that's awesome. It's strange how pissy I can get but the second he pays me it goes away.

Many MANY thanks to Jenny (aka bmajorsfor her generous assistance with Shocky costuming. That girl HAND PAINTED wooden beads to make an Emily Weiss necklace, broke apart a broach to make it butterfly shaped AND made me two awesome aprons. And another thank you to queenazura for lending me your shawl. I shall take good care of it. As far as costuming goes, I am ready for this weekend. Bring on the Shock Treatment. I need to run the movie a couple more times and practice the dances but overall I'm pretty much ready. I hope that once this is all over I won't get Denton USA, Bitchin in the Kitchen or Look What I did to my Id in my head or in the background of wierd dreams. Please GOD let it stop...

OH! and carbonhelldemon, could you pretty please bring your white tranny gloves to the show Friday night for backup incase I can't find my own by then? THANKS!!!
