Could have/should have. I just think Mgmt wanted a new taste/change of pace with the new troop. They wanted flashy. TJ and I offered stability and experience and not so much flashy but we got the job done well and right.
As for Dale, yep too many questions with no answers from the higher ups. I'm still waiting for my answers that will never come.
