I'm sorry, but I was reading your post and my first thought was... "ham... ice cream...what did Heather eat?"
*grins* I went to my Aunt and Uncle's at 8 after work and just talked for a few hours... that way they didn't have to feed the vegans. Holidays are so hard, foodwise. All the "classics" are meaty or full o' cow. *laughs* But OMG sweet potato fries. That sounds AWESOME!
