Halloween was a bust this year.

Not only did it take 3 hours to get down to Chicago because someone was either pushed onto the tracks or committed suicide on the Metra Friday night.

Not only did the audience make Saturday's performance downright painful and NOT fun at all.

This afternoon I get home to spend some time with my family and hand out candy to the trick or treaters. One minute everything's fine, the next minute we hear a bang at the door. Some asshat kid destroyed the beautiful jack o lanterns my dad and sister made by throwing them against the side of the house.

I hate people.


At least I got some decent pictures out of it. All 4 of them...
I especially like the picture of Dave and Erin. (CONGRATS YOU GUYS!!!) What a picture, a marriage proposal with a 6 foot tall inflatable penis right next to them. That's one for the albums, I'm sure.

Actually, it was Dad's gorgeous pumpkin that was destroyed.....my Harry the Potterpuff made it to the backyard okay. But I was really pissed off that your little pumpkin was taken, and that you didn't even have the chance to make one. Damn idiotic people.

Oh, and I've been getting some good comments about my Renaissance Peasant getup at work today, woo! Thanks so much for the loan, my dear.
