Icon gurus: help!

I really really want the Into the Woods icon from here (the one with Joanna Gleason saying 'what was that?) but it won't let me save it in a lj friendly file type. When I convert it via photoshop I lose the text that fades in and out. I swear I had this problem when I tried to add that adorable Nemo one, but it's not working for me this time.


any suggestions?

I just LOVE this icon. One of my favorite moments in one of my favorite musicals.
It never fails to crack me up when a character stops everything and says 'WHAT!?' in the middle of a big scene. LOVE IT.
