Friday night plans and MORE BRF drama

learning2flyPlans for my birthday are finally coming together. Craig is not coming (still in NC) but Tim is filling in (and will be a million times more fun!!). Paige, can you pick him up on your way here? April is taking da bus and I'll be picking her up around 5. When do ya'll want to meet? Want to have dinner beforehand?
Let me know. (and please bring along your 18 bucks for your ticket and make me a happy girl). This is going to work and it will be great! The concert is sold out already. Does anyone know where the Rave is, anyway?
OK. Anyone who cares, there is even MORE Bristol drama. I spoke to Jer and Jon last night. They auditioned last weekend with Dale as a three man vocal group to be a specialty act as a part of BBF. All fine and dandy, performance was great, but Stacey won't let Dale go. He wants to take Jon and Jer and put them in court! They got to speak to Steve a bit and told him how glad they are that Galla left and that they want to stay in BBF, so Steve will be fighting for them. I guess they will be the only guys this year (dammit!). If they are forced to join court, they will go to military instead because they really don't want court. So we'll be an all-girl (plus Steve) BBF. Probably with Randy's fiancée/wife/whatever and possibly Randy too, if Town Criers fold or he can't find a place in court. If that happens, I am getting a gig in a shop. I don't care, I can't work with them all day! What a friggin mess. Why can't we just have the Revelers back with TJ and Dale and Eric and Becky? gaaaah!
I'm meeting miss Louise and Norma this Thursday to discuss garb projects. Becky, did you still want more bloomers? If so, I can talk to her for ya. Can't wait to see them. It's been far too long. I hope I remember your homestar shirt, Louise.
Two days to my licensing exam. I'm so freakin nervous. I want it to be over and done with (and a passing score would be nice).

And I really wanna be a BBF, I really really do. Mayhap I should stop talking and do something about it. But next week, after all the audition type stuff is out of the way. Steve, make me a BBF, plleeeeaaaaassseee? :)
Oh, and are you having any alternate B-day festivities that Eric and I could possibly attend?

Email Steve now, if you can. Let him know that if TC's folds, you want to be a BBFr. It couldn't hurt.

Date: 2004-03-23 04:56 pm (UTC)I just think Mgmt wanted a new taste/change of pace with the new troop. They wanted flashy. TJ and I offered stability and experience and not so much flashy but we got the job done well and right.
As for Dale, yep too many questions with no answers from the higher ups. I'm still waiting for my answers that will never come.
