I'm not managing my time very well this week so far. When I'm off from work I'm either at the damn gym or reading. Heather has me addicted to a young adult fiction series called Sweep (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0141310472/ref=pd_sim_books_5/002-6720894-7358432?v=glance&s=books). I'm on book 4 already. I'm eating them up like candy. I've never been this addicted to a book before, as in not wanting to go to bed at a reasonable hour because I want to get just one more chapter in. I've hardly been online ever. Hence why I'm posting at work.
Long story short I had a great weekend. I took some pretty pictures of the Chicago thing, hopefully I'll have them up tonight. Although, my parents dropped in for a suprise visit (and using my high speed internet to download music, of course) over the weekend and tore me a new one for having such a chaotic room. I think I'm going to work on that. I'm running out of clean clothes anyway.
I got a flu shot today. My employer gives them out for free. And gives us cookies. Who knows if I'm getting the strain that will be going around and if it'll protect me from anything. This morning the clinic had a public flu clinic downstairs. I've never seen it so crowded. I walked in and looked around, wondering if there was some disaster relief going on. Everyone is desperate to get their shot, since supplies are so low this year.
