I feel like I'm turning into the high strung Melissa from 2 years ago and I don't like it. I can feel my whole body tensing up from all this worrying and stress. I can't make my mind stop spinning, even when it's time for me to turn it off and rest for the night. It won't stop. Thus, I haven't had a good nights sleep in about a week. When I do sleep I have strange dreams that make me do crazy sleepwalking stunts or wake up feeling like I'm under attack.

I hate this.

Ah well. At least it's Friday. Tonight I'm treating myself to Kenosha's Lakeside Players latest musical: 'Songs for a New World'. I love Jason Robert Brown's other works. I'm not familiar with this show but I'm sure it will be great. Tomorrow maybe I could convince Dad to take the canoe out for a spin, maybe find some work clothes that won't make me feel like a cow. Oh and my first bachelorette party! I can't wait for that. Should be fun.

I raided my amazon wishlist and bought the cast recordings of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and The Light in the Piazza, and a DVD of Julie Andrew's 1957 Cinderella performance on the way. That's cheering me up, big time. And a nice night with Chris yesterday helped a lot too.
See, I'm going to be ok. I need to believe that or I'll drown in my worrying...

Back to work I go. I love working in Racine twice a week, I get to run home for lunch and get out of there for a while.

I'll be there this Saturday but don't worry bout it right now, I'm sure I'll get a new one from my boss. Just bring it opening weekend or something. No hurry, I just want it back eventually. Did it get you into the cast party?
