All right now. I endured the stupid flu shot. I take vitamins and echinacea and ingest mass quantities of vitamin C thru juice, oranges and emergen-c. I drink lots of water and wash my hands before and after every patient. HOW THE HELL DID I GET SICK!?!? dammit dammit dammit. It started up Tuesday and shows no sign of stoppin. Treating my patients was incredibly hard to do today since I couldn't stop coughing, wore a really hot ass surgical mask and wanted nothing more than to lay down my throbbing head. But. I made it. Now just one more work day to go. I can do it!! I hope all you other carriers of the plague feel better soon too. Let's just bring a big vat of chicken soup to rehearsal. Seriously.
I am really looking forward to Rocky rehearsal. We're having a Spamalot/Monty Python salute for the Friday night show and a Goth/Anti-valentine's day theme Saturday night. Ya'll have come up with some awesome ideas. I've been practicing dinner scene, hopefully I won't make a total ass of myself.
AND possibly maybe I'll get my Moonie and Broon fix for the winter if all goes well.

{{A note to Chris: I can take the Meta down to Chicago (Rogers Park, right?) the latest being 5:05 PM to arrive without being late for rehearsal. Would that work for ya? I'm bringing lots of books, a journal and my ipod, so don't feel the need to entertain me or anything. Just sit me in a warm room and I'll be happy.}}

I've decided through the help of a few of you on my audition piece for Music Man. I'm going to recycle my Bristol (BBF) audition from two years ago and perform 'Climbing Uphill' from The Last Five Years. I love this song and it shows of my acting skills along with a decent coverage of my vocal range (and it's really fun to sing). I ordered the sheet music today, even though I'm breaking my vow not to buy anything online until Easter. I made it a whole 2 days. Geez. I'll have to pay a buck tomorrow to the girls at the Racine clinic. We all did a non-religious lent thing this year, and for every day you break your promise, you put in a buck. After Easter we'll spend all the money on something fun. I promised to stop dropping my hard earned cash on stupid shit on Ebay or Amazon. Also to make it to the gym or do Windsor Pilates at home 4 days a week. So, we'll see how that goes. Let's hope I'm not broke by April...
